• Uploaded Media: Photos you attach to workouts or exercises.

Each user's workout data, weight logs, and templates are restricted to that user's account — only you (and our administrators for support purposes) can access your records. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only time your data is shared is when you explicitly use the "Email Workout" feature to send a workout summary to an email address you choose. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Sign-In for authentication, which is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We also use cloud storage and email delivery services to store your data and send workout summaries on your request.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. You can delete workouts, weight logs, and templates directly within the App. For account-level deletion requests, contact us using the information below.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App with an updated revision date.
